We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spicest
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Skills:

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
